<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic balance type electric current sensor for further enhancing current detection accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: In this magnetic balance type electric current sensor, a secondary winding 20 includes a first wiring pattern comprising a plurality of strip-shaped first conductor patterns 21 drawn in parallel within a semiconductor substrate 1 and a second wiring pattern comprising a plurality of strip-shaped second conductor patterns 22 drawn in parallel within the semiconductor substrate 1 while being formed in parallel with the first wiring pattern. The secondary winding 20 is formed by providing each of the conductor patterns 21 with two conductive connection parts 25 for severally connecting a front end and a base end of each of the conductor patterns 21 to a front end of a conductor pattern 22 and to a base end of a second conductor pattern 22 lying next thereto. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
