PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make positioning of a seedling guide member precise and make seedling guide position of the seedling guide position adequate by stabilization of installation and improve planting accuracy, in the seedling guide member for guiding seedlings transferred to the planting position of a field by a seedling planting tool. SOLUTION: In the seedling transplanter, the seedling planting tool for taking seedlings placed on a seedling-placing tank every one stock from a seedling-taking-out part, transferring seedlings downward and planting seedlings to the field and a seedling guide member (22) composed of a wire member extending downward from the neighborhood of the seedling-taking out part along a seedling transfer passage of the seedling planting tool are provided and a taking-out port-forming member for forming a seedling taking out port is provided at the seedling-taking out part and the seedling guide member (22) is made to abut on a hole (20) or a notch part provided at the taking-out port-forming member to carry out positioning of the seedling guide member.
