PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information transmitter by which specific functions in an operation program are early attained, to provide a starting method and a starting program of the operation program stored in the information transmitter, and further to provide an integrated object of the operation program and an object compilation device which compiles the integrated object. SOLUTION: When an optional function is specified by an object creation process description file, the object compilation device arranges objects called by various functions by collecting them into a specific function, compresses the objects for every function and couples a plurality of compressed objects to generate a compressed and integrated object. When the compressed and integrated object is run as an operable operation program in the information transmitter, a compressed object collected into the specified function is selected from the plurality of compressed objects constituting the compressed and integrated object, converted into the operable program to start the program.
