An apparatus for making dried slices of seasoned whitebait(Bangeopo) by coating a seasoning only on one side of whitebait slices to prevent sticking of each slice is provided. The apparatus enables the seasoning to be evenly absorbed in whitebait meat and ensures even heating of the whitebait meat during roasting. An apparatus for production of dried slices of seasoned whitebait comprises: a supply part(100) to supply whitebait slices; a seasoning coating part(200) to coat the seasoning on the upper surface of the whitebait slices; a sesame seed sprinkling part(300) to sprinkle sesame seed on the seasoning coated layer; a drying part(400) to dry the whitebait slices by blowing air; and a roasting part(500) to roast the whitebait slices. The apparatus is characterized in that the seasoning coating part consists of: a seasoning storage container(210) on one side; a coating roller(221) to coat the seasoning by being contacted with the upper surface of the whitebait slices; a coating support roller(222) to support the whitebait slices which are coated with the seasoning by the coating roller; a seasoning supply roller(223) to disperse the supplied seasoning and supply to the coating roller; a control roller(231) to evenly disperse the seasoning by being contacted with the seasoning coated layer; and a control support roller(232) to support the whitebait slices which are evenly dispersed with the seasoning by being contacted with the control roller. |
