PURPOSE:To facilitate cargo-handling work by making it possible to protect a cargo from vibration and to enhance transport efficiency, by supporting an inner box having the cargo received therein by interposing a vibration damping member in the gap between the inner box and an outer box. CONSTITUTION:This container has such a double structure that an inner box 3 having the same shape as a rectangular outer box 2 and having a size smaller than that of the outer box 2 is supported inside the outer box 2 through vibration proof rubber 4 being one kind of a vibration proof member. The vibration- proof rubber 4 is arranged to the gap 5 between the outer box 2 and the inner box 3 at several places and also arranged between the front and back as well as left and right side surfaces of both of the outer and inner boxes 2, 3 at several proper places. The vibration-proof rubber 4 is composed of an elastomer, for example, a metal spring or urethane foam. A plurality of dynamic vibration absorbing devices 6 mounted to the outer surface of the inner box 3 are entirely arranged in the gap 5.
