The method involves having a Piezo Multilayer actuators (3), a cylindrical spring (1), a lower plug (4) and an upper plug (6). The cylindrical spring is connected and actuated with the lower plug and the upper plug. Material is cleared away at the cylindrical spring until a spring rate of the bellows achieve a fixed value. The cylindrical spring are welded with the lower plug and or upper plug. The cylindrical spring are welded with the lower plug and or the upper plug, if the cylindrical spring are linked. An independent claim is included for a hollow cylindrical spring.
