<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficiency improvement support method of a production process constituted of a plurality of production processes including human operations for preparing the optimal production plan of a production process having small temporal error factors for an actual production process corresponding to generated market fluctuation, and for improving efficiency of the production process including human operations. <P>SOLUTION: The simulation of a production process is performed on the basis of market fluctuation factors, evaluation indexes, constraint conditions and the personally unique fatigue level and learning level (including multi-skill development by learning) of an operator accompanied with the lapse of a time, and a production plan under the consideration of the prediction result of the market fluctuation and the fatigue level or operation learning level of the person is prepared on the basis of the result, and the production plan is applied to the production process so that it is possible to improve the efficiency of the production process. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
