PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a caster which suppresses impact received from irregularities, even when traveling on a road surface or a floor surface with irregularities because it is formed in a slatted shape or a lattice shape, or made of bricks, tiles or the like which is laid thereon at predetermined intervals. SOLUTION: The caster includes: a roller supporting element 1' having a caster supporting shaft attaching portion 12'; a plurality of rollers 2 arranged around the supporting element 1'; and an endless outer ring belt 3' externally fitted with the rollers 2'. The supporting element 1' has: an outer peripheral surface 11' composed of a flat lower part 111' and a projecting curved part 112'; and a shock absorbing portion composed of a thin-wall portion T and a shock absorbing member K. The rollers 2' contact with the supporting element outer peripheral surface 11' and with a belt inner peripheral surface 33'.
