PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to easily continue an attitude with a head on his/her arm in lying for sleep by eliminating a pain, which is a symptom caused when the arm becomes numb and the user can't stay still in lying with the head on the arm in his/her normal life but can't freely move the arm since the load of the head is imposed on the arm and which is caused in the arm and head in using the conventional pillow. SOLUTION: When the two hinges set at one side work respectively, adaptiveness is obtained even when a head placement position is changed depending on a body size. When the angle of a headrest part is changed, comfort is instantaneously changed. The load of the head is received by the headrest part, so that the arm put into a U-shaped space under the headrest is made free.
