A lamp fixing member, a backlight assembly including the same, and an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) are provided to reduce a temperature variation and prevent a display defect caused by the temperature variation, by forming a lower support plate and an upper support plate of a lamp fixing member of silicon. At least one lamp fixing portion(420) is formed on an upper surface of a body(410) and includes a groove for fixing a lamp(300). A lower support plate(430) is coupled to the lamp fixing portion, and fixes a lower portion of the lamp. An upper support plate(440) is coupled to the lamp fixing portion, and fixes an upper portion of the lamp. The lamp fixing portion includes a coupling part for coupling with the lower support plate and the upper support plate. The coupling part is formed at both sides with reference to the groove.
