A glass clamping apparatus of a door regulator is provided to prevent generation of rust by forming the glass clamping apparatus of a plastic material. A glass clamping apparatus of a door regulator includes a first fixing member(10), a second fixing member(20), and a glass fixing body. The first fixing member is mounted to the door regulator and a plurality of first bosses are formed in the first fixing member. The second fixing member is engaged with one side of the first fixing member. A plurality of second bosses(21) protrudes to the bottom surface so as to provided a mounting hole between the first bosses and the second bosses. The glass fixing body is inserted into and fixed to the mounting hole formed by engaging the first and second fixing members. A third boss fixed to the first and second bosses are formed on the outer side of the glass fixing member.
