A toner conveying device and an electrophotographic image forming apparatus employing the toner conveying device are provided to smoothly convey a toner by preventing a conveying belt from being bent. A toner conveying device(150) of an electrophotographic image forming apparatus includes a duct(151), a transfer belt(152), and a supporting member(155). The duct includes a toner inlet(156) and a toner outlet. The conveying belt is located inside the duct and includes a plurality of protrusions(152a) for conveying the toner. The supporting member is placed having a predetermined distance from the inner side of the conveying belt. The conveying belt has a plurality of holes(152b).
