A horn plate structure of an air bag module for a driver's seat is provided to allow a horn plate to sufficiently support a torque generated by an assembling bolt when the air bag module is assembled. A horn plate structure of an air bag module for a driver's seat includes a base section(41), a right flange(42) and a left flange(43), and a front surface flange(44). The base section is engaged with the bottom of an air bag module. The right flange and the left flange are formed on the outer peripheral surface of the base section and are engaged with assembling bolts passing through a steering wheel. The front flange is formed in a pair of cutaway recesses cut away toward the inner peripheral surface and is engaged with the assembling bolt. Reinforcing beads are formed at a connection section of the base section and the right flange and a connection section of the base section and the left flange. The interval between the inner peripheral surface of the base section and an end of the cutaway recess is the same as the interval between an end of the front surface flange and an end of the cutaway recess.
