An integrated engine brake for a diesel engine is provided to exclude the use of a separate engine brake housing by integrally mounting an engine brake to an engine part. An integrated engine brake for a diesel engine includes a cam cap, a discharge cam, a locker shaft(20) and a discharge locker arm(30), and a valve bridge(50). A solenoid valve is integrally formed in the cam cap. A boss is formed in the exhaust cam to control the compression top dead point timing at a position corresponding to the opening timing. A passage through which a main oil of an engine flows and a passage through which the engine brake oil flows are formed in the locker shaft and the discharge locker arm. A modulating valve engaged with a lower portion of an adjusting screw section so as to be operated upward and downward by the introduction of the engine oil is provided in the valve bridge.
