A display device is provided to form a shield electrode in the neighborhood of a pixel electrode and a source bus line, thereby reducing the parasite capacitance between source and drain. The display device includes plural source bus lines(18) having an inclined concave area. The plural source bus lines are coated by an insulating layer. Plural pixel electrodes(21) are formed on the insulating layer. At least a portion of the plural pixel electrodes is arranged on the concave area. In one pixel electrode among plural pixel electrodes, Csd2 is smaller than Csd1 when the capacitance Csd1 is formed between the pixel electrode and the first source bus line for applying a data signal to the pixel electrode, and when the capacitance Csd2 is formed between the pixel electrode and the second source bus line adjacent to the first source bus line and arranged at the opposite side of the first source bus line.
