An image managing apparatus and an image display apparatus are provided to visually efficiently manage image data and perform filtering according to conditions. An image display apparatus includes an image information memory(210), a cluster management unit(230), a display layer designation unit(260), a display condition designation unit, a condition filtering unit(310), and a drawing unit(280). The image information memory stores image information including an image-capturing position as information on captured image data. The cluster management unit manages the image information according to a hierarchical cluster including a plurality of clusters composed of multiple layers. The display layer designation unit designates a layer to be displayed as a display layer. The display condition designation unit designates a display condition of the image data. The condition filtering unit selects only image data having image information in a predetermined range based on the display condition. The drawing unit draws the capturing position of the image data as an image position. |
