A contents transceiving reproduction method and a receiving reproduction terminal are provided to enable a user to easily obtain data of a content body such as a musical piece body, thus the user can perfectly watch the content body while a terminal can promote copyright protection of contents. Content data is transmitted to a receiving reproduction terminal(2) which forms a network(3) with a transmission terminal(1), from the transmission terminal(1). The receiving reproduction terminal(2) decides whether defined reproduction permission conditions are satisfied. Based on the decided results, if the reproduction permission conditions are not satisfied, reproduction of the content data of the receiving reproduction terminal(2) is limited or prohibited.
