摘要 Corynebacterium glutamicum KFCC10881-CJP5113 is provided to have increased L-lysine production capability by an inactivated endogeneous NCBI gene bank accession no. NCgl2567 gene. And a method for producing L-lysine using the same is provided to produce the L-lysine with high yield. The corynebacterium genus microorganism is characterized in that an endogeneous NCBI gene bank accession no. NCgl2567 gene is inactivated and it produces lysine. In the microorganism, the inactivation is done by at least one mutation selected from the group consisting of insertion mutation, deletion mutation, transition mutation and transversion mutation, and a portion of the NCBI gene bank accession no. NCgl2567 gene has a nucleotide sequence described as SEQ ID : NO. 2 or 1. The corynebacterium genus microorganism is Corynebacterium glutamicum KFCC10881-CJP5113(deposition no. KCCM-10704P). The method for producing L-lysine comprises the steps of: (a) culturing the microorganism to produce the L-lysine in a culture material or a cell; and (b) recovering the L-lysine from the culture material.
