<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembling method of a solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) stack which has an electro-conductive connection part having a thermal and chemical stability between alternate fuel cells and inter-connection structural elements in stacks. <P>SOLUTION: The solid oxide fuel cell stack, a plurality of cells, each of which has an anode and a cathode separated by an electrolyte and a plurality of inter-connecting plates are assembled into an integrated solid oxide fuel cell stack, and the assembling method includes steps in which (a) a cathode combining agent is introduced into a space near the side of a cathode between each one of a cathode and an inter-connecting plate, (b) an anode combining agent is introduced into a space near the side of an anode between each one of an anode and an inter-connecting plate, (c) a plurality of electrodes on which a combining agent is applied and inter-connecting plates are combined to make an integrated solid oxide fuel cell stack, and (c) the integrated solid oxide fuel cell stack is heated uniformly in a temperature of 600°C to 1000°C to obtain a permanent and stable tight bonding between the electrodes and the inter-connecting plates. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
