PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an enteral nutrition agent for gastric fistula that hardly causes vomit and diarrhea even when the gastric juice is healthily acidic or neutral for some reason or other and can easily be administered and can be stored at the normal temperature. SOLUTION: The enteral nutrition agent for gastric fistula has the following characteristics (1) to (4): (1) it includes an acetylated adipic acid crosslinked starch; (2) it is thermally sterilized under pressure; (3) the final product has a viscosity of less than 15,000 Pa s at 23°C; and (4) when 200 grams of the enteral nutrition agent for gastric fistula is diluted by using 180 mL of 0.2 w/v% sodium chloride aqueous solution and when diluted by using 180 mL of the artificial gastric juice (according to the 14th emendation JP regulation), the both viscosities are higher than 200 mPa s at 27°C.
