PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insole for a shoe, which has a deodorizing sheet carrying an adsorptive deodorant and a photocatalyst, and has improved capability of removing offensive odor inside the shoe and its durability. SOLUTION: In the insole, a middle layer carrying the adsorptive deodorant in an air-permeable sheet is laminated with a cover layer and a cushion layer to form a three-layer sheet. The photocatalyst is supported in the air permeable sheet of the middle layer. Thereby the constitution provides the insole having the capability of sufficiently removing harmful substances such as the offensive odor even in highly humid surroundings like the inside of the shoe and excellent durability by the photocatalyst.
