PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leg attaching structure which effectively improves strength and an appearance of a corner part of a top plate without increasing the number of part items. SOLUTION: A leg 2 has a receiving part 23 for receiving an under surface of the top plate 1 and a covering part 22 covering the corner part 1c of the top plate 1. The corner part 1c and the covering part 22 are brought into pressure contact with each other by a drawing means X for drawing the corner part 1c of the top plate 1 and the covering part 22 of the leg 2 in the mutually approaching direction.
