PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamp which can be fitted in a vertical supporting column in any position and engaged with a cross rail while connecting the vertical supporting column thereto to hold adjacent fences in mutual attitude. SOLUTION: Right and left fitting parts 2 are provided on the upper and lower sides of a supporting part 3 for detachably fitting the vertical supporting columns 9a of the adjacent fences 9 in the direction of crossing the axial center. An engaging part 4 is formed on at least one of the right and left fitting parts 2 on the upper and lower sides for engaging the cross rail 9c connected to each vertical supporting column 9a.
