ULTRAVIOLET ABSORBING ADHESIVE COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultraviolet-absorbing adhesive composition exhibiting excellent adhesive characteristics applicable to various kinds of adherends, and capable of forming an adhesive layer capable of absorbing the ultraviolet ray of 380 nm without containing a low-molecular weight compound such as an ultraviolet absorber and a fluorescent whitening agent.

SOLUTION: The adhesive composition for forming the adhesive layer having excellent ultraviolet absorption provides an adhesive tape having≥4 N/25 mm 180°adhesive force and≤10% transmittance of light having 380 nm wavelength when the adhesive tape is obtained by laminating the adhesive layer obtained from the adhesive composition on one surface of a transparent bi-axially oriented polyethylene terephthalate film.
