PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the work efficiency in a robot control device adapted to control a plurality of controlled systems that use a single control device. SOLUTION: This robot control device includes a first driver series executing part 3-12 for interpreting and executing an operation instruction for a first robot and a first external shaft; a second driver series executing part 3-13 for interpreting and executing the operation instruction for a second robot and the first external shaft; a third driver series executing part 3-14 for interpreting and executing the operation instruction for a third robot and a second external shaft, wherein the device controls at least one robot and at least one external shaft. The device further includes a series operation supervisory means for exclusively controlling and start controlling the first, second and third driver series executing parts.
