The medium plate has six recesses (6, 7, 8), where total area of two large square recesses (6) amounts to 10 percent of the area of the medium plate. The square recesses have rounded corners on left and right of their center axis (5). The recesses are arranged symmetrical to each other with respect to the center axis of the medium plate.
