A printed circuit board is provided to remove the flux to be applied on the printed circuit bard by attaching a flux removing mask to one side of the printed circuit board. A printed circuit board includes a first region to which plural pins of an intelligent power module are connected, a copper film pattern having a hole of a given size to receive the pins, a white mask adhered to the copper film pattern to improve flow of lead, and a dummy land formed on side of the first region. Flux removing masks(140,141,142) are provided on an outer periphery of the printed circuit board.
