An organic light emission display device is provided to reduce resistance of second electrodes by forming auxiliary electrodes on a second substrate which provides an effect to increase a thickness of second electrodes. Second electrodes(19) are formed on an organic light emitting layer(15) which is formed on first electrodes(11). Barrier ribs(17) separate one side of the second electrode from adjacent second electrode, and auxiliary electrodes(29) are formed on a second substrate(20). The other side of the second electrode extends from the barrier rib to the organic light emitting layer. The auxiliary electrode is formed on the second electrode corresponding to a portion positioned on the barrier rib, so that the auxiliary electrode contacts the second electrode.
