摘要 An optical time delay interferometer with a phase variable function is provided to solve problems sensitive to external environment such as temperature and vibration by using the same optical path, and to simplify the structure by excluding additional devices for compensating the external environment. An optical time delay interferometer with a phase variable function is composed of a signal separating unit(11) for separating input/output optical signals in one optical path(SS1); first and second reflecting structures(13,17) aligned in a line at the predetermined interval to delay the optical signals at the predetermined time and reflect the signal at the same intensity; and a phase varying unit(15) positioned between the first and second reflecting structures to change phase through the change of a refractive index.
