A vehicle suspension in a king-pin slope increasing type using a ball joint is provided to improve steering stability by integrally forming the ball joint with a knuckle, heightening a king-pin slope deciding portion of a thrust to the knuckle, and increasing the slope, and to reduce the number of assembling processes and the distribution cost by modularizing the ball joint and the knuckle. In a vehicle suspension, a king-pin slope(K) is formed with a vehicle body fixed point of a thrust assembly(S) and a central point of a ball joint(2). The thrust assembly is combined with a thrust combining end(1a) of a knuckle(1) mounted at a vehicle wheel(W). The ball joint is fixed at a ball joint combining end(1b) of the knuckle by combining one end with a lower arm(LR) fixed with a vehicle body. The ball joint comprises a stud, a cap, and a dust cover. The stud is drawn out long from a spherical ball completely received in a ball insertion groove of the ball joint combining end integrally formed with the knuckle in a caulking method to fix the lower arm. The cap is tightly contacted with the received ball to tightly close an inner space of the ball insertion groove of the ball joint combining end to hide the entry of the ball insertion groove. The dust cover is for hiding the stud drawn out to the ball joint combining end of the knuckle. |
