The frame has profile units (9, 10) that are connected by welding at profile connectors (11, 12) and are arranged at a distance from each other. One of the profile connectors of the profile units comprises of flat connecting sections (13, 14) and molded connecting sections (15, 16). A free channel is provided between the sections. The molded connecting sections are guided with a connecting area to the flat connecting sections such that the connecting area of the molded connecting sections and the flat connecting sections is fixed by several laser welding points (20).
