PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and lightweight moving type microflow controller through fine pressure control, movable for portable use and capable of controlling effectively a microflow in a chip. SOLUTION: This microflow controller includes a pressure generation part provided with a plurality of pressurizing chambers and decompression chambers for generating set pressures respectively, a valve kit including a plurality of selection valves, and a valve control part for controlling the selection valves to select the set pressure transmitted to a biochip. The each selection valve is constituted to transmit the one set pressure out of the many kinds of set pressures corresponding to the respective pressure chambers, to the biochip through a connection passage.
