PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display an outline information of reception quality information in such arrangement as does not overlap a television picture while the display of reception state is hard to prevent viewing of television, with a user informed of detail information, relating to television viewing with a cell phone unit with a terrestrial digital broadcasting receiving function. SOLUTION: The cell phone unit with a digital terrestrial broadcasting receiving function comprises a digital terrestrial broadcasting receiving part, a reception quality information detector that detects reception quality information of the digital terrestrial broadcast, an outline information acquiring part that acquires outline information of the detected reception quality information, a detail information acquiring part that acquires detail information of the detected reception quality information, and a selecting and outputting part that selects the outline information and/or detail information to output it to a user interface.
