PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a compound having a fluorosulfonyl group, and to provide a new compound. SOLUTION: This invention relates to a method for producing either one compound selected from a compound (11), a compound (12) and a compound (13) by bringing a compound expressed by CXY=CH<SB>2</SB>into electrode reaction with a compound expressed by Q(SO<SB>2</SB>F)<SB>m</SB>(COOH) or the salt thereof (X and Y respectively independently represent a specified organic group, COOH, CN, Cl or H; Q presents a 1 to 10 C polyfluoro-saturated hydrocarbon group of the (m+1) valence; and m represents 1, 2 or 3). Alternatively, the invention relates to a method for producing a compound (11b), a compound (12b) or a compound (13b) (wherein, X<SP>1</SP>and Z<SP>1</SP>respectively independently represent H or CH<SB>3</SB>; and R<SP>1</SP>represents F or CF<SB>3</SB>).
