<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new kidney transplantation rejection symptom inhibitor which can effectively inhibit a rejection reaction on kidney transplantation, even when a conventional non-specific immunosuppresant is continuously administered to a patient subjected to the kidney transplantation. <P>SOLUTION: This kidney transplantation rejection symptom inhibitor comprises, as an active ingredient, a T cell originated from a recipient to be subjected to kidney transplantation and obtained by stimulating a T cell gathered from the recipient to be subjected to the kidney transplantation with the same kind antigen of a kidney donor in the presence of an anti-CD 80 antibody or its antigen-binding fragment and an anti-CD 86 antibody or its antigen-binding fragment. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
