PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piston pump that reduces the occurrence of defective liquid feeding, and an image forming device provided with a liquid feeder including the piston pump. SOLUTION: The piston pump 301 is provided with a cylinder 502, a piston 503 arranged slidably on the inner peripheral face of the cylinder 502, and a seal member 521 interposed between a piston rod 515 of the piston 503 and the inner peripheral face of the cylinder 502 so as to be movable together with the piston rod 515.
