PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a syringe cover by which the work of confirming the remaining volume of an adhesive can be done efficiently while ensuring a light shielding property. SOLUTION: The syringe cover stores a syringe, has a needle part at the lower end and can be mounted with a fixture at the lower end. This syringe cover is provided with: a first cylindrical body on which a first light-transmissive part is formed vertically and which covers the periphery of the syringe; a second cylindrical body on which a second light-transmissive part is formed vertically and which covers the periphery of the first cylindrical body to be rotated relatively to the first cylindrical body; and an engaging body engaged with the needle part so as to control dropouts of the first and second cylindrical bodies.
