PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chloroprene rubber adhesive composition, which enables balancing of heat resistance with tacking property, is excellent in adhesiveness, and does not diffuse formaldehyde. SOLUTION: The chloroprene rubber adhesive composition comprises a novolac type phenol resin that is obtained via reaction of phenols with aldehydes in the presence of a weak acid salt of a divalent metal, a chloroprene rubber, and an organic solvent. The novolac type phenol resin is preferably compounded with 1 to 100 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the chloroprene rubber. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
