The valve (1) has an inlet opening (3) and two outlet openings (4a,4b) which are connected to each other over a connection channel (5).The inlet and outlet openings axially forms the connection channel connecting with each other. A blocking device (6) is axially adjustable and is pivot mounted in the channel. The device in its closed position with a ring flange lies against an edge area of valve housing bordering the channel. An independent claim is also included for the shock absorber system.
