PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid tank structure of a heat exchanger, which prevents a refrigerant from being fed to a supercooling portion in a state of insufficient vapor-liquid separation due to disturbance on a condensed refrigerant liquid surface in a liquid tank. SOLUTION: A swing preventing member 11 having water permeability for suppressing swing of the condensed refrigerant Q accumulated at the bottom of the liquid tank 4 is arranged between an opening portion (input port) a of an output side connection pipe 4a and an opening portion (output port) b of an input side connection pipe 4b in the liquid tank 4.
