The sensor and actuator has a reed-relay in connection with permanent magnets, and a plug retainer comprising a rotatable part that is connected with the permanent magnets, where the sensor is operated on a circuit breaker by the switching actuator that is connected upstream of the circuit breaker. The rotatable part is equipped with an optical reflector, where the magnetic field of the rotatable part works on a magnetic sensor in the form of a field plate. An independent claim is also included for a condition display in a maritime switching apparatus.
