PURPOSE:To shorten the transition time from gel production to sample analysis by electrophoresis by circulating high-temperature side liquid for temperature transduction at the time of the production of analytic gel and circulating low- temperature side liquid at the time of the analysis. CONSTITUTION:When the analytic gel 17 is produced, solenoid valves 33 and 35 are closed and solenoid valves 32 and 34 are opened; and a pump 31 is driven to circulate the water in a high-temperature thermostatic chamber 2, thereby holding a temperature control block 18 at constant high temperature. When analysis is taken, the solenoid valves 33 and 35 are opened and the solenoid valves 32 and 34 are closed; and the pump 31 is driven to circulate the water in a low-temperature thermostatic chamber 3, thereby holding the temperature control block 18 at constant low temperature. |
