The invention relates to welding engineering, namely to the devices for control of the process of resistance spot welding, and can be used in the instrument-making industry for automatic control of the mode of electric heating, mainly of small components. A device for control of the process of resistance spot welding allows to increase the quality of welded joints because of the possibility of formulating of any law of variation of the pulse power of welding current depending on the conditions, for example, of the material of electrodes, material and configuration of the components to be welded, program of change of the pressure of electrodes in the time due to use of micro-controller and digital-analogue converter. The output of digital-analogue converter is connected with the second input of comparator, at the first input of which the data about instantaneous value of the pulse power of welding current are entered. The control input of the adjuster of the welding current through the buffer amplifier is connected with the output of comparator, thanks to which the change of the pulse power of welding current is accomplished according to the law determined by micro-controller.
