THE METHOD FOR PROGNOSTICATION THE DEVELOPMENT OF VENTRICULAR PREMATURE BEATS OF HIGH GRADATIONS IN AGED PATIENTS WITH IHD

A method for prognostication of the development of ventricular premature beats of high gradations in aged patients with IHD by determination of duration the daily ischemia and dispersion of interval dQRS. The indices of late potentials of ventricles (LPV) and sympathetic activity (LF) are additionally determined. And at the value of indices: dispersions of interval dQRS>38 ms; level of sympatheticactivity LF>517 ms 2; time of daily ischemia >30 min.; and at the presence of late potentials of ventricles, the development of ventricular premature beats of high gradations is prognosticated.
