The invention relates to cosmetology, in particular to process for improvement of skins appearance. The process includes the stages: a) pretreating applying a retinoic acid to the skin; b) removing the contaminant from skin surface by laser light with impulses duration approximately from 0.001 to 1 microsecond, abandoning an epidermis unharmed, where the noted contaminant is a characteristic of absorption of laser radiation; c) applying a retinoic acid to the skin from 4 to 16 times per a month after the stage of b); and d) repetition of stage of b) at least one time every twelve months during conducting of stage of c), where the stages c) and d) the improved and youthful skins appearance are maintained.
