<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recombineering construct, to provide a vector for making a gene targeting construct(vector), and to provide a method for making the vector. <P>SOLUTION: The vector is a plasmid vector, which has two lethal selective marker genes(e.g. SacB gene) and four different cleavage sites(e.g. SfiI cleavage site) recognized by the identical restriction enzyme in proximity to the upstream and downstream sides of the two lethal selective marker genes.
