Power transmission belt drive, has a belt pulley (1), which is adjustable in different position by means of a fixing bolt (2) and an eccentric tappet. The eccentric tappet has an off-center longitudinal drilling (7), which is tangent to an outer contour (17) of the eccentric tappet. An extreme position of the eccentric tappet is formed as an elastic belt in a simplified assembly of the closed means (19).
