PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scroll fluid machine easily assemblable while securing a proper thrust clearance and in which the performance is prevented from being lowered due to the rise of the temperature by suppressing the change of the thrust clearance due to the change of the temperature and the lap part of a scroll is prevented from coming into contact with the end plate when the temperature is low. SOLUTION: This scroll fluid machine comprises three auxiliary crank mechanisms 12 formed between a rotary scroll 6 and a fixed frame 7 to prevent the rotary scroll 6 from being self-rotated. A shim ring 18 is inserted in the end face of the outer ring 14a of a ball bearing on the rotary scroll side and in a hole end face for the ball bearing 14 of the rotary scroll 6. The balance of the auxiliary crank mechanism part with the other auxiliary crank mechanism part is secured, and the spacer 16 is fixedly inserted between the fixed part of the fixed scroll 11 and the fixed frame part 7 to secure the thrust clearance.
