PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser heat transfer device and a laser heat transfer method applying a process of laminating a donor film and an acceptor substrate with the use of magnetic force. SOLUTION: The laser heat transfer device is provided with a base plate stage having an electromagnet, to which an accept base plate on which pixel definition area of an organic light emitting element are formed and a donor film having an organic light emitting layer to be transcribed on the pixel definition area are successively transferred and laminated; a laser oscillator irradiating laser on the donor film; a close contact frame arranged between a laser oscillator irradiating laser beam on the donor film and the donor film, equipped with opening parts of a pattern corresponding to a light-emitting part to which the donor film is transcribed and a permanent magnet forming magnetic force with the base plat stage; and an adherent frame moving means for moving the adherent frame in a direction of the base plate stage.
