PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire-resisting structure for a wooden building, which prevents ingress of fire from an abutting portion of a projected corner portion when a frame member protruding into a room is enclosed with plaster boards, and prevents fall of the plaster boards. SOLUTION: The wooden building has a structure in which part of a square cross-sectional column 1 protrudes from a wall portion 2 into the room, and mutually adjoining surfaces of the column 1 protruding into the room are covered with flat first column plaster boards 17a to 17c without forming gaps. Then the abutting portions of the first column plaster boards 17a to 17c adjacent to each other are sealed up with first waterproof tapes 20, followed by arranging flat second column plaster boards 18a to 18c outside the first column plaster boards 17a to 17c to cover the first plaster boards 17a to 17c.
